Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: BE or B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Important Note: Must be able to join Vonage full-time on 1st June 2025. Final-year students can apply if available to join on this date.
• GPA: Minimum GPA of 8.0 or above required.
• Age Requirement: Must meet the legal minimum age for apprenticeship programs as per local labour laws.
• Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate and follow guidance from senior staff.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude and readiness to tackle challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High focus on accuracy and quality.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding, programming languages, algorithms, and software development best practices.
• Work Timings: Some roles may require working in UK timezone (e.g., 2:00 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM IST).

Hiring Process

• Application Stage: Submit your application and answer initial eligibility questions.
• Initial Filtering: TA Partners review applications and shortlist candidates for Codility Test.
• Codility Test: Online technical test to be completed within 3 days.
• TA Screening: Screening call for candidates who clear the Codility Test.
• In-Person Evaluation (April 29th/30th):
  • 30-minute welcome and introduction by India Site Leader.
  • 60-minute Coding Pen & Paper Exercise.
  • 30-minute follow-up technical interview.
