Job Description

• Work as a team member and learn processes and tools with guidance from mentors.
• Escalate issues when necessary and rely on the team for domain knowledge.
• Contribute to team learning and efficiency with growing experience.
• Receive task estimates from supervisors/mentors and track actual efforts in status reports.
• Understand and implement tasks in defined areas; implement simple features or test cases with support.
• Write and run tests in assigned product areas; document identified problems.
• Execute prewritten tests and participate in system setup and maintenance.
• Assist in initial problem analysis and information gathering for debugging and resolution.
• Fix defects in assigned code areas and create clear, accurate documentation for changes or patches.
• Review test cases and handle contacts/UCFs with assistance; expedite resolutions when possible.
• Work effectively in virtual teams and collaborate with team members globally.
• Participate in innovation activities and create knowledge documents.

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• No prior experience required; internship or COOP experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts.
• Ability to work in global teams with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong communication skills to share task information with clients.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
