What Success Looks Like in This Role:

• Gains familiarity with and applies Software Engineering and Agile concepts, practices, and methodologies
• With guidance, performs standard Software Engineering duties, including:
  • Participating in teams to develop, improve, and deliver product/system elements and features
  • Developing software components and writing unit/system tests for common code paths
  • Identifying and automating manual tasks
  • Evaluating and responding to bug submissions
  • Ensuring secure coding practices are followed
  • Assisting in performance testing and resolving related issues with senior colleagues
• Learns and applies industry and company Software Engineering standards, policies, and guidelines
• Participates in special projects as assigned

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have:

• BA/BS degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
