Job Description

• Deliver outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve user issues, inquiries, or concerns using appropriate principles.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
• Meet monthly goals of Customer Satisfaction & Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests/inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
• Meet contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics).
• Adhere to non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
• Complete required upskilling and e-courses for each program.
• Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback.
• Maintain 100% schedule adherence, avoid absenteeism, and help reduce program shrinkage.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Any full-time UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA).
• 2025 Passouts can apply.

Additional Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good analytical and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Must reside within a 25 Km radius of the office.

Additional Information

• Working Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai, or Bhopal.
• Work Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break, 5 or 6 days per week.
