• The program runs from January or February to July.
• Successful apprentices may be offered full-time positions after graduation.

Software Engineer Apprentice

• Position Purpose: Work on the Payment Processing Engine used for 140+ currencies and 250+ correspondent banks.
• Primary Duties:
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle using Agile methodology
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
  • Ensure designs follow specifications
  • Prepare and release software components
  • Support continuous improvement through new technology exploration and architectural reviews

Essential Technical Skills

• Front-End: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MongoDB
• Cloud: Azure Cloud

Desired Skills

• Basic understanding and experience with AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) and Agentic AI

Data Engineer Apprentice

• Position Purpose: Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and Python
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve data quality and analytics readiness
