Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions to tackle big industry problems
• Write well-designed, scalable, reliable, testable, and reusable code using best software development practices, clean code, and SOLID principles
• Provide technical guidance on the research and development of new products and services
• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, and testing
• Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects
• Automate processes including writing unit and integration tests
• Optimize code and apply best practices
• Maintain high standards for code quality, technical documentation, and deliverables
• Collaborate on projects with a diverse team through code reviews and design discussions
• Engage with the tech community through meetups and conferences
• Participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions
• Stay up-to-date with advanced technologies to offer the best solutions for new projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BTech/BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (completed, not pursuing)
• Willingness to relocate to Kochi
• 0-1 years of industry experience in software development, especially in building web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Android, C++, C#, and .NET preferred
• Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases (preferably SQL)
• Familiarity with technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, NodeJS, REST APIs, and JSON
• Interest or experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, BDD, and Continuous Delivery
