Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions for assigned projects, targeting new products or major re-releases of existing products.
• Follow the software development lifecycle and document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Deliver on the product roadmap and participate in technical planning and design reviews.
• Develop high-quality, stable, and secure software solutions.
• Understand the defined scope of requirements and bug fixes.
• Work across multiple projects, fostering collaboration.
• Continuously learn new development constructs related to the technology used in the product to improve productivity and product robustness.
• Participate in analysis and design meetings for the product.
• Work as an active and collaborative member of a Scrum team.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, reviewing Technical Design Specifications, tracking progress, and clarifying technical issues.
• Identify and implement ways to improve quality and efficiencies.
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills to manage conflicts and misalignments within the team and with the business.
• Collaborate with software architects and senior developers to design application modules using object-oriented design methods.
• Design and develop high-quality software with ownership and accountability.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile team environment.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Hands-on experience with design, coding, debugging, and testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Algorithms, Data Structures, Time Complexities, OOPS, and Design Patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learning and adaptability to new product knowledge.
• Exhibits focus, diligence, and discipline.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.
