Our Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework designed to build specific competencies, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of the 3-year programme.

From the start, you will be given a challenging hands-on role in a diverse, global environment. You will receive supervision, mentorship, and frequent reviews as part of a structured development programme. You will also learn alongside brilliant colleagues from around the world, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working.

The programme encompasses a learning framework that includes internal and external courses, as well as on-the-job learning, designed to help you gain the skills you need to succeed.

This posting covers roles across the Commercial, Corporate Functions – Human Resources & Finance, and Technical Graduate Programmes. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
• Final-year graduation students or graduates with a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years’ work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Indian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder for India.
