We’re looking for Graduate Developers and Software Engineers to join our two-year Graduate Programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

Our Graduate Engineers will contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions to enable Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives using the identified architecture.

Your primary focus will be gaining the required skills and knowledge to become an effective and productive team member, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products, systems, and services.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Bangalore Office.

What will make you successful?

We are open to all backgrounds; however, there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive.

• You’ll need to be a Graduate, and while we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar).
• You should have tech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on which coding language you use as long as you’re willing to learn.
• Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
• A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem-solve.
• Resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people across the globe.

What can you expect from the process?

1. Apply online with CV/Resume.
2. Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours while removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process.
3. Complete a short video interview to showcase your skills and experiences.
4. If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
5. Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 1 October 2025.
