• Willingness to work in a 24x5 rotational shift based on business requirements.
• Knowledge of coding, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in software development and delivery with the ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
• Capability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with database concepts.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of techniques like unit testing, pair programming, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver solutions and core software products, turning change requests into technical designs and implementations.
• Enhance existing functionality and add new capabilities while continuously improving core product architecture.
