• Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks

• Validate technical requirements for global roaming including authentication, billing, performance, and provisioning
• Support proposal preparation for new network deployments and upgrades
• Validate service provider capabilities like performance and coverage
• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and routing issues
• Identify root cause issues and recommend improvements
