Role: UX Designer Fresher

Job Description:

• Work on Recruit CRM’s Product Design, focusing on creating user experiences for core customer journeys.
• Collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering team to deliver high value to customers.
• Gather and understand business & user requirements.
• Create user flows and develop high & low-fidelity wireframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product & Design team to design a compelling and simple user experience.
• Execute UX design tasks in an agile and fast-moving environment.
• Advocate for user needs and integrate customer insights into design solutions.
• Ensure design best practices, standards, and brand consistency are maintained.

• Fresh graduates/post-graduates of 2024 & 2025 from any field with a strong interest in UX Designing.
• Candidates who have completed courses, internships, or projects related to UX Designing or similar fields.

Selection Process (Online/Virtual):

• Assignment Round
• HR Round
• General Skill-Based Test
• Functional Head Interview Round
• Final Interview Round

Duration, Stipend & Compensation Structure:

• Paid 6-month trainee program working 42.5 hours/week as a UX Trainee.
• Training period stipend: Full-time (INR 12,000).
• Guaranteed full-time UX Associate position at Recruit CRM upon successful program completion based on performance and assessments.
• Base salary as UX Associate: INR 6,00,000 per year.
