Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data management, system optimization, or AI-related tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting or supporting AI systems or software products is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Enhance Knowledge Sources: Manage and update documentation and data sources for the AI assistant to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze and Improve: Detect areas for improvement based on user queries and support tickets, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate on Solutions: Work with engineers, product managers, and QA to test and validate system updates.
• Monitor and Refine: Continuously assess AI performance and fine-tune the RAG pipeline for optimal accuracy and responsiveness.
• Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed troubleshooting to ensure seamless AI assistant interactions.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong analytical skills to identify user and system performance patterns.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Preferred but not required: Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Postman.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and NLP is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving and system optimization approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and support teams.
• Passion for technology and real estate industry applications.
