About the Role

• Role involves building advanced AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
• Focus on enhancing contextual generation, adaptive interaction, and information retrieval

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative AI solutions
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and develop independently
• Implement and optimize LLMs (fine-tuning, deploying, evaluating)
• Build AI agents with RAG systems integrating external knowledge bases
• Design and optimize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Develop sophisticated prompts to improve LLM contextual performance
• Use evaluation tools (e.g., Evals) to measure and enhance model quality
• Integrate AI features into customer-facing products and internal tools
• Stay current with trends in LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI
• Continuously monitor and improve performance, scalability, and efficiency

Must Have

• Strong grasp of LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5) and transformer architecture
• Proven experience with RAG to boost model output via external data
• In-depth knowledge of vector databases and indexing (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Skilled in crafting prompts for LLMs to enhance contextual outputs
• Familiar with performance evaluation tools like Evals
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Experience with large-scale data preprocessing and vectorization
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder presentations

Nice to Have

• Experience with graph-based AI (knowledge graphs, GNNs)
• Ability to train small base models using custom datasets
• Familiarity with deploying AI on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes
• Published research or contributions in AI or LLM-related domains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or equivalent from reputed institutes/universities
