Perplexity Associate Product Manager (APM) Program

• The APM program develops future AI product leaders by giving them the opportunity to work on industry-leading AI products.

• Work closely with cofounders and collaborate with engineering, research, design, data, and business teams to shape the future of Perplexity and AI.

Program Overview

• Employment: Full-time position where APMs build their product careers from day one.
• Compensation: $210,000 annual base salary plus equity, with increases upon promotion to post-APM roles.
• Timeline: Applications open until August 22, 2025. Start dates between August and December 2025.
• Location: In-office at our downtown San Francisco headquarters.

• Selection Process: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis, followed by exploratory conversations. Finalists will attend an onsite interview in San Francisco to meet product teams and a cofounder. Assessment includes technical fluency, product instincts, and growth potential.
