Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Application Software engineering concepts and practices.
Prior experience in developing integrations using APIs.
Solid understanding of and practical experience with design patterns.
Experience with one or more of the following: Pega PRPC, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL.
Experience or certification in CRM applications is a plus.
Very good presentation and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Passionate about learning new technologies and driven by innovation.
Capable of taking ownership of deliverables and completing them with minimal guidance.
Ability to collaborate with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver world-class software.

Develop world’s best CRM applications.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality application software with minimal defects using suggested design patterns and best practices on the Pega Platform and CRM applications.
Collaborate in an Agile SCRUM team with talented engineers across the organization.
Report work status, progress, and impediments in a timely fashion.
Understand and deliver solutions to business problems with end-user empathy.
Take ownership of bugs, design and implement stories, and drive them to completion.
Develop and execute unit test cases to validate your work.
Provide effort and time estimates to complete work.
Proactively give feedback to the Platform's Engineering team and participate in testing new Platform features.
Take ownership of tasks and ensure delivery with high quality.
Exhibit thought leadership and suggest product and process improvements.
Resolve customer issues by providing technical guidance or formal fixes.
