Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Year: Only 2021 to 2024 batch students are eligible to apply
• Experience Level: Freshers only; experienced candidates should not apply
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in Manual Testing / Automation Testing
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Location: Candidates must reside within 30 km of the Madurai office

Terms and Conditions

• Training Period: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹8,000 per month during training
• Employment Confirmation: Based on performance after training
• Employment Bond: 1-year bond mandatory from DOJ; breach will require repayment as per company policy
• Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have a well-functioning laptop for training
• Work Location: K. Pudur, Madurai
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Additional Note: Food and accommodation are not provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply QA methodologies under senior QA guidance
• Create and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
• Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Participate in regression, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
• Understand project requirements and assist in test planning and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with bug-tracking/test management tools is a plus
• Knowledge of basic programming concepts is an added advantage
