We are looking for a highly motivated Java Backend Engineer (SDE 1) to join our fast-growing technology team. This role is ideal for a 2025 B.Tech graduate who is passionate about backend development, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build products that impact millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Scalable Systems: Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write Clean Code: Contribute high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Debug & Troubleshoot: Participate in debugging and performance optimization of critical backend services.
• Solve Real Problems: Use strong DSA knowledge to develop solutions to real-world, large-scale problems.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, QA) to deliver high-impact features.
• Document & Test: Maintain proper documentation and assist in unit testing and QA efforts.
• Learn & Grow: Take ownership of your learning—gain mentorship from experienced engineers and build real product features.

What We’re Looking For

• 2025 B.Tech graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with OOP principles and backend application architecture
• Active GitHub or competitive coding profile (HackerRank, CodeChef, HackerEarth, etc.) is a strong plus
• Previous internship or project experience with Java backend development is desirable
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Self-driven and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
