Job Description

• MountBlue is looking for smart and motivated engineers to join their team.
• Candidate must have proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 12-week training program.
• On successful completion, candidates will be offered the role of Software Development Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a team to develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software.
• Develop web and mobile applications using JavaScript, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Ensure timely and defect-free software deployments.
• Write documentation for software and APIs.
• Support software in production and provide hotfixes as needed.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with at least one programming language: C, C++, JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Python.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.

Note

Compensation/Stipend

• First 3 months (training): ₹15,000 per month stipend
• Next 12 months: ₹33,400 per month (Total: ₹4.01 LPA)
• Post 15 months: Compensation based on performance, typically in the range of ₹8–12 LPA
