About the Role

• Position: Software Engineer
• Work on refining and scaling an AI-powered hiring platform aimed at creating a billion jobs
• Improve AI interview experience, process large-scale payouts, and build an advanced recruiting engine

What Are We Looking For?

• Willingness to work 6 days a week
• Availability to work during evening hours aligned with PT timezone (at least until 11am PT)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go
• Experience in designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Compensation

• Base salary: $20K–$100K
• Performance bonuses up to 40% of base compensation
