• Any Engineering degree (any specialization) or MCA or M.Sc (CS)
• Year of Passing: 2025 passing outs & 2023, 2024 passed outs
• Candidates with standing arrears and lower academic percentage are also eligible to apply.

Salary:

The package for the position of Junior Developer is INR 4.2 LPA.

Selection Process:

• The initial rounds of the recruitment process consist of qualifying rounds that can be attended from home.
• Each session tests a candidate’s aptitude and coding skills, with preferred coding languages being C, C++, Java, or Python 3.
• The final round (Coding/Technical/HR Viva-voce) for shortlisted candidates will be conducted at our office (Coimbatore/Karur).
• Shortlisted candidates must attend the final round in-person with a Laptop, Resume, and a Recent Passport Size photo.
• Final interview date/venue details will be shared via email.

Offer Includes:

• Candidates who perform well will be offered both Training and a Job. The job offer will be confirmed before the Training.
• Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of Training to familiarize themselves with the technologies we work with.
• The Training period bridges industry demands with theoretical knowledge and helps in career growth.
• On successful completion of Training, candidates will be absorbed as Junior Developers.
