Responsibilities

• Exposure to programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, C#).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Collaborate with implementation partners.
• Assist with proof of concepts for strategic and enterprise customers.
• Work side-by-side with customers to design, build, and deploy complex integrations.
• Establish partnerships and strategic relationships with key contacts.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
• Analyze and audit existing Helpshift implementations for improvements.
• Become an expert at using Helpshift’s administrative tools, including AI products and bots.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Services teams, and Sales.
• Optimize the onboarding process through improved documentation, training, and content.

Requirements

• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Exposure to one or more of: Python, Go, C#, Node.js, PowerShell.
• Experience with deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure (preferred).
• Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing.
• Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Focus on efficiency and avoiding repeated mistakes.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with customer executives and analysts.
• Proficient in G-Suite, including generating pivot tables and writing complex formulas in Sheets/Excel.
• Curious about complex systems and a natural problem solver.
• Ability to build rapport with customers as a consultative seller.
• Strong visual storytelling skills to share information effectively.
• Good to have: Internship experience in SaaS, consulting services, technical pre-sales, or technical project management.
