Job Responsibilities

• Execute basic software solutions, including design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with peer guidance.
• Develop software based on defined architecture and nonfunctional requirements.
• Apply automation to reduce manual tasks in the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze basic datasets to troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvements.
• Break down technical tasks to effectively solve routine issues.
• Collaborate with a global team of technologists to share ideas and drive innovation.
• Participate in the “Force for Good” program to develop sustainable technology for social good organizations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation expected in 2025.
• Available to begin full-time employment in February 2026.
• A strong academic background.
• Basic understanding of software, applications, and technologies such as cloud, AI, ML, mobile, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in large, diverse teams with a focus on inclusive and innovative culture.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as React, Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#.
• Understanding of databases, data structures, and algorithms.
• Awareness of software development, maintenance, and improvement processes.
• Proficiency in development toolsets.
• Basic knowledge of industry technology trends and best practices.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, CI/CD, resiliency, and security concepts.

• Majors in Computer Science and/or Engineering are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
