• Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.
• Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.
• Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Compensation

• First 6 months: Fixed Pay: 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
• After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 9 LPA (5 LPA fixed + 4 LPA incentives based on performance)
