Responsibilities

• Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile development teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.
• Demonstrate high motivation and a self-starting attitude.
• Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionality.
• Gain deep domain knowledge in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Analyze user requirements and convert them into code.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end code.
• Proactively identify problems and contribute to system architecture definition, hardware/software specification, and design.
• Collaborate within a team using agile methodologies.
• Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.
• Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality products.
• Stay updated on technological developments and current software development trends and practices.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and technical skills in engagements.

Qualifications

• BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong applied experience, including building, breaking, and rebuilding applications.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Java core
  • .Net/C#
  • JavaScript and related frameworks
  • HTML/CSS
  • Relational databases
• Basic knowledge of building and consuming SOAP and REST services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
