The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites online applications for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA XV) to select personnel for Customer Service Associates (Clerk). There are 10,277 openings. Candidates with any degree qualification are eligible. Interested candidates can apply online on or before 21 August 2025. Detailed Eligibility – IBPS Customer Service Associates (Clerk) Recruitment 2025

• Educational Qualification:
  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India.
  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory (Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or IT studied as a subject).
  • Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) of the State/UT applied for is required.

Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 28 years
• Candidate must have been born between 02.08.1997 and 01.08.2005 (inclusive).

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC: 3 Years
• PWD: 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (8 years for SC/ST), max 50 years
• Widows/divorced/separated women: Up to 35 years (General/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
