IBM Off Campus Drive 2025 Mega Hiring For Associate System Engineer Role

Proficiency in programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js) and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
This is an entry-level off-campus hiring position; candidates must have completed their education and obtained their degree.
Course Completion Year: 2024 only.
Eligible degrees: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in CS/IT or other Semi-IT/Circuit branches with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60%.
Calculation of qualifying marks: Sum of marks obtained divided by the sum total of maximum marks obtainable. All subjects, including electives/optional subjects, will be considered.

As a Software Developer, you'll participate in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, including:

You will create software that facilitates your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys, leveraging the latest technologies to deliver applications that are:

Primary responsibilities include:
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures, with the support of the architect and technical leader.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Involvement in every step of the process, including design, development, testing, release changes, and troubleshooting as needed, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to develop and implement creative coding solutions.
