About The Role

• 6-month Internship program for students from Tier-I / best NIRF ranking colleges.
• Opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain industry skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals.
• Successful interns may qualify for full-time positions after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Highspot’s scalable SaaS platform focusing on performance and user experience.
• Work on features like content recommendations, predictive analytics, and AI-powered search for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate Highspot's platform with Salesforce and other third-party apps.
• Build robust software systems using modern languages and frameworks like Ruby, Node.js, and React.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS) for availability, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments within the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning for data analysis and recommendations.
• Exposure to building apps using LLMs and agentic frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work on large-scale, high-impact systems.
