Position Summary

About the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast-paced environment.
• Create software functional specifications and design documents.
• Quickly understand complex systems and own key components, including code quality.
• Design and implement scalable algorithms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a distributed computing environment.
• Conduct peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code.
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers and cross-functional teams on production issues.
• Tech stack includes Java, Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, and GCP tools.

About You

• Passion for solving complex technical problems through product development.
• 0–2 years of experience in building scalable, distributed applications using Java or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Deep understanding of distributed resilient systems.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Comfortable with agile, short, iterative development cycles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for high-quality delivery.
• Adaptable to an unstructured and fast-moving startup environment.
• B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
