Minimum Qualifications :

  • Fresh Graduates or up to one year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line.
  • Resolve quality issues on the line.
  • Ensure all Equipment Calibration activities are completed as per schedule.
  • Review and maintain Calibration reports.
  • Carry out Verification and Validation activities related to equipment and production processes.
  • Prepare Validation and Verification reports.
  • Support Equipment installation and maintenance activities.
  • Support ordering tools and equipment for manufacturing.
  • Clear non-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage the Non-conforming products area.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams and Supplier Quality Engineering teams for problem-solving and managing rejected materials.
  • Support supplier follow-ups for part rejections and rework activities with the supplier and production line.
  • Support preparation of work instructions and maintain revision history.
  • Support preparation of Device History Records and maintain revision history.
  • Support engineering change communications and document distribution across cross-functional teams.
  • Train the manufacturing team on changes in work instructions.
  • Develop solutions for quality, cost, and productivity issues.
  • Own EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) element as a support member.
  • Support in maintaining inventory of Capital Goods and ensure good traceability.
  • Execute Poka Yoke projects related to jigs and fixtures to simplify the manufacturing process.
  • Support implementation of Kaizen across the manufacturing lines.
  • Assist the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Workouts across the site.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
