• Aptitude Test - 75 mins
• Coding - 60-90 mins
• 3 rounds of interviews (Tech/Business Understanding/HR)
• *Each round is an elimination round

• Screening timeline – 26 Dec '24 - 8 Jan '25
• Online Assessment – 9 Jan '25 - 14 Jan '25
• Interviews – 16 Jan '25 onwards

Compensation for B.Tech/MCA:

• Total 3-year compensation: INR 22 lac
• Year-wise breakdown:
  • Year 1 CTC: INR 6 Lac CTC + INR 1 Lac Joining Bonus (with 12 months claw-back)
  • Year 2 CTC: INR 6.6 Lac CTC
  • Year 3 CTC: INR 7.4 Lac CTC + INR 1 Lac Retention Bonus (with 12 months claw-back)
• Retention Bonus Details:
  • INR 50k from the retention bonus will be disbursed with the 25th month's salary
  • The remaining INR 50k will be tied to the first two promotions (INR 25k each) within Imagineer program tenure, based on performance
  • If early promotions are not achieved, the INR 50k linked to the promotions will not be disbursed

Compensation for B.Sc./BCA:

• Total 3-year compensation: INR 21 lac
• Year-wise breakdown:
  • Year 1 CTC: INR 5.5 Lac CTC + INR 1 Lac Joining Bonus (with 12 months claw-back)
  • Year 2 CTC: INR 6.25 Lac CTC
  • Year 3 CTC: INR 7.25 Lac CTC + INR 1 Lac Retention Bonus (with 12 months claw-back)
• Retention Bonus Details:
