Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

Recruitment Process

Compensation

• Internship Stipend: $300 per month for six months
• Full-Time Starting Salary: $670 per month after tax
