Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be part of a team supporting a Deloitte India-built Test Automation product. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to user queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Identifying user needs and assisting users in utilizing specific features.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Setting up the tool in the user environment.
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues.
• Escalating and monitoring issues that require major changes to the development team.
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Informing users about new features and functionalities.
• Following up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gathering user feedback and sharing it with stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
