Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Excellent understanding of workflow technology, process automation, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Fluency in procedural, object-oriented, and functional programming concepts.
• Experience in at least two of the following: JavaScript, React, HTML5, Asp.Net MVC, C#, CSS, .Net, Docker.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Flexible and adaptable in learning and working with new technologies.
• Strong research abilities for software-related issues and products.

Essential Functions/Priorities:

• Should have strong theoretical and practical understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Collaborate with product management, developers, and designers to conceptualize and develop new software programs and applications.
• Arrange project requirements by analyzing needs and preparing workflow charts and diagrams using knowledge of systems and logic.
• Analyze and assess current business systems and procedures.
• Define, develop, and document software requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments.
• Develop and maintain applications based on client needs and software requirements.
• Design, run, and monitor performance tests on programs to debug and improve software.
