Associate Software Engineer – .NET

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of enterprise software development experience.

• Strong understanding of development and design fundamentals in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Core.
• Proficiency in client frameworks such as ReactJS, jQuery, AngularJS, JavaScript.
• Expertise in MS SQL 2017 and exposure to NoSQL databases like Cassandra/MongoDB.
• Exposure to event frameworks such as Kafka.
• Strong analytical skills and object-oriented design capabilities.
• Strong debugging skills and experience troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment and deliver value incrementally and frequently.
• Commitment to unit testing and automated testing of developed functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Innovative, resourceful, and passionate about creating high-quality, high-performance, and highly available software.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers through pairing and coaching.

In this role, you will…

• Play a key role in the development of core features of our enterprise SaaS product.
• Code, unit test, implement, and maintain new and existing modules and applications.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers during the testing process.
• Ensure long-term architectural and performance strategies are considered when designing and coding solutions.
• Help reduce customer defects to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to the team as needed.
• Optimize the performance of complex software systems and troubleshoot issues within project teams.
• Collaborate with cloud operations, customer support, and quality assurance teams when necessary.
