Essential Functions:

• Utilize the SpecFlow framework with Selenium C# for automation testing (BDD).
• Perform installation, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect investigation activities.
• Design test cases and execute them through a Test Management Tool, including the usage of a Bug Management Tool.
• Conduct slightly more complex test designs and independently understand positive and negative real-world scenarios.
• Drive clarity and understanding of new features by considering scenarios beyond acceptance criteria and team discussions.
• Enhance knowledge of and implement new or improved testing concepts, techniques, and tools to streamline efforts and improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of and manage different Test and Integration environments to effectively discharge QA duties on time.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Use Azure DevOps for test management and Web API testing with Postman.
• Present new features and functionality during Sprint reviews and client demos.

Required Experience & Education:
