Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in writing flow diagrams, development, and testing of software applications
• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices and coding standards
• Learn from feedback to improve skills
• Show improvement & independence in understanding, coding, and communication skills
• Conduct sessions with leads/teams on learnings twice a month
• Report to office twice a week and meet with leads/team to clarify understanding/issues in person

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with no active backlogs at the time of selection process
• Strong academic background in Java, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
