• The salary for this role is $60,000 per year.

What You Will Be Doing

• Extract, transform, and format data from agency databases for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Analyze key program and operational outcomes to understand trends and performance.
• Develop proficiency in program operations and agency databases.
• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to identify data issues and support quality improvement efforts.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to support ECE services staff with actionable insights.
• Execute database queries to meet the needs of executives, funders, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Handle special assignments and assist with proposals, reports, and fundraising initiatives.
• Perform duties aligned with CASES’ mission, cultural competency, and anti-discriminatory policies.
• Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Senior/Executive staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Commitment to social justice and familiarity with NYC’s criminal justice system and alternatives to incarceration programs.
