Qualifications

• Familiar with building infrastructure platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provider – GCP preferred.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem – Containerd/Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD.
• Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud metrics, etc.
• Familiar with Python, Golang, or a similar programming language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics.
• Should have graduated in 2024 or 2025.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide first level support for all production incidents on GCP & AWS Infrastructure.
• Ensure observability is an integral part of the infrastructure, providing visibility about health, utilization, and availability.
• Perform infrastructure and application deployments by adhering to the change management process.
• Schedule, manage, and troubleshoot batch jobs.
• Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross-functional teams.
• Open to support 24/7 shifts.
