Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
• Some exposure to scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical skills with a passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team, share knowledge, and support others.
• Enthusiasm to Learn: A strong desire to grow professionally and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Must be flexible to work in client's time zones.
