What You’ll Do:

• Able to quickly come up to speed on different FS sub-sectors (Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments, etc.)
• Proficient in research and analysis, with solid business judgment to derive answers where data is not easily available or published
• Responsible for generating hypotheses using various sources, developing analytical models, translating data into insights, and creating presentations
• Work under the guidance of a Project Leader/Manager, contributing to the workstream’s final output and assisting in client communication, work planning, and team management
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, use relevant tools and sources, steer analysis for insights, and ensure high-quality work
• Communicate data, knowledge, and insights effectively to the team and deliver high-quality, audience-specific presentations

About You:

• Graduate with a strong academic record
• 0-1 years of experience and a passion for Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments, Fintech, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools/languages like Alteryx, Tableau, Python/R is a plus
• Open to working in strategy consulting or research environments and capable of solving open-ended problems
• Experience with open-ended research, industry POV creation, sector scans, trend analysis, and survey analytics
• Strong communication and team skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and developing structured approaches to tackle diligence questions
