Avela is hiring for Data Entry Specialist | Remote | $20/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Looker Studio preferred
• Prior data entry experience with exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and proactively ask questions
• Proven track record of integrity and commitment to data privacy and security
• Understanding of the impact of school enrollment work on students and families
• Legal authorization to work in the USA and currently based in the USA

Compensation

• Salary: $20/hour

Responsibilities

• Export data from the Avela system to Excel CSV format
• Copy and paste data into Google Sheets
• Filter data exports
• Upload CSVs to the Avela system and take necessary actions
• Communicate daily progress in writing and promptly raise any inconsistencies or issues with the Avela Client Services Team
