Job Description – Cloud & DevOps Engineer

AVASOFT is a 15-year Product company based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, US, with its offshore development center in Chennai. We specialize in cloud services, machine learning, and automation in Modern Workplace, Cloud Computing, Mobility, and Data Science.

We have a team of 1500 professionals and have been recognized for our innovative products. We aim to hire around 100 new team members for our Cloud & DevOps practice.

Technical Expectations:

• Understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Awareness of cloud migration strategies and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments.

Employment Details:

• Offer letters for candidates selected in the final interview.
• 6-month internship with a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.
• Full-time employment post-internship with a salary package of 8-10 LPA.
• Option to opt out within 4 weeks of internship without obligations.
• Post 4-week completion, interns are expected to continue for 2 years or pay a training cost of INR 1.5 Lakhs if leaving early.
