• The Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 0 to 2 years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Builds stable working relationships internally.
• Follows standard practices and procedures when analyzing situations or data.
• Understanding of various development programs.
• Ability to quickly learn customer support processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing).
• Ability to collaborate and work remotely using communication tools.
• Ability to multi-task and self-organize, including prioritization of activities.
• Understanding of using monitoring systems.
• Attention to detail.
