Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to practical problem-solving
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data mining, and research methods
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields
Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with statistical analysis and data tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Big Data techniques)
Ability to interpret data, provide real-world insights, and deconstruct complex business problems
