Job Description

• ASQS plays a vital role in connecting content to customers and protecting the Amazon Appstore ecosystem.
• The team ensures the quality and safety of externally developed apps by certifying, blocking, or suppressing content as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of submitted apps to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and quality standards before publishing.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply and enforce app store policies consistently to protect users and maintain fairness for developers.
• Customer Feedback Management: Monitor user reviews and take action to maintain app store integrity.
• Developer Relations: Guide and support developers in understanding and meeting Amazon’s submission requirements and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate in any field of study.
• Basic understanding of software manual testing concepts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
• Little or no prior work experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
