Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely and quality data annotation for various workflows.
• Meet business metrics and goals such as SLA, production, and quality targets.
• Work with minimal direction and maintain records of daily tasks using trackers or workflow tools.
• Follow SOPs, guidelines, or manager instructions to ensure quality-compliant output.
• Contribute ideas for project improvement and operational excellence where applicable.
• Provide timely responses to stakeholders based on SOP and defined SLA with guidance.
• Proactively raise issues or alarms that may impact core deliverables or operations.
• Analyze data, evaluate patterns/trends, and suggest rules based on findings.
• Willingness to work with sensitive content such as adult, religious, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive material.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and perform root cause analysis if needed.
• Familiarity with online retail and e-commerce platforms.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
