Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical documentation of Platform/Product/Apps in collaboration with other developers and product managers
• Acquire good product knowledge from technical and business users' perspectives
• Gain proficiency in authoring tools and technologies
• Understand and apply standard templates, knowledge points, and content development processes, including tools and scripts
• Conduct quality assurance initiatives such as self-checks, peer reviews, technical reviews, and information testing of documentation
