Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good logical and analytical abilities.
• Understand the database structure of Pension Tool and provide support for reporting, loading, and updating data.
• Review client requirements, adhere to due dates, and support client delivery priorities.
• Ask clarifying questions on stated requirements and effectively use handoff time.
• Configure the system to meet low complexity analysis specifications.
• Provide support for VBA Excel/Access tools, basic SQL, and advanced Excel-related tasks.
• Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance practices.
• Self-learning and exploring new technologies to increase system efficiency.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.
• Start developing skill set for next role.
• Efficient at completing tasks accurately within time constraints.
• Complete straightforward tasks with some oversight.

Role Specifications

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science
• OR Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months experience in Pensions/Benefits

Domain and Technical Skills/Required Skills

• Applies basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys)
• Writes basic SQL queries and VBA codes
• Supports MS Access tool development/enhancement/bug fixing
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Troubleshoots basic system defects and errors
• Interprets and understands typical client requirements documentation

Selection Procedure

• Two rounds of implementation interviews after HR screening

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months relevant experience
• US/Canada domain knowledge is preferable
