What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals—object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
