What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Develops knowledge and skills within a specific area or discipline.

Typical Duties

Technical Support

• Assisting with troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
• Resolving network connectivity problems and system configurations.
• Supporting IT in managing company devices.

Software Development

• Writing basic code or scripts for internal tools and projects.
• Helping test software for bugs.
• Participating in code reviews, learning version control and secure coding practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assisting with data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel or PowerPoint.

Networking and Infrastructure Support

• Assisting with the installation and configuration of network hardware.
• Monitoring network performance and identifying issues.
• Troubleshooting hardware, security, and network concerns.

DevSecOps

• Automating routine tasks with scripts or programming tools.
• Managing cloud infrastructure.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and helping with application deployment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Helping with general project coordination and progress tracking.
• Researching and compiling information for reports and presentations.
• Organizing information in support of work group or project activities.

Success Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Generally less than 1 year of experience in the area of responsibility.
